Who we are

CODE Edu — Centre for Originality, Design & Expression, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India — operates encodeedu.com and the enCODE learning platform.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details you submit through our contact form: name, email, phone, the role you select, and your message.
  • Newsletter signups: your email address.
  • Technical data: we store a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store raw IP addresses.

Why we collect it

  • To reply to your enquiry and advise you on courses
  • To send the newsletter, if you asked for it
  • To protect our forms from automated abuse

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while your query is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@encodeedu.com and we will action it.

Cookies

The public site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our admin area uses a single session cookie, which is required for staff to log in.
