Cancellations requested before a track's start date are eligible for a refund, less any non-recoverable processing charges.
After a track begins

Once live studio sessions have begun, refunds are assessed case by case, taking into account sessions attended and materials accessed.
If we cancel
If CODE Edu cancels or indefinitely postpones a track, you are entitled to a full refund of fees paid for that track, or the option to transfer to the next cohort.
Transfers
You may request a one-time transfer to a later cohort of the same track, subject to availability.
How to request
Email hello@encodeedu.com from the address you enrolled with, stating your track and reason. We will confirm within a reasonable period.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
