Agreement

By using encodeedu.com or enrolling in an enCODE course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Who may enroll

Courses are structured by level, not age. Learners under 18 should enroll with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Course access is granted to you personally and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Course content

All course materials, curricula, and platform content are the intellectual property of CODE Edu and are provided for your personal learning. You may not redistribute, republish, or resell them.

Your work

You own the projects and portfolio work you create. We may ask — never assume — for permission to feature your work in showcases or marketing.

Certificates

Certificates of completion recognise finishing a track and its mentor-reviewed capstone. They are enrichment credentials and are not a substitute for a formal degree qualification.

Fees

Pricing varies by track and format. Fees, inclusions, and payment terms are confirmed at enrolment. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and the curriculum current, but we may update, reschedule, or amend course content, mentors, and timetables where needed.
